Service Description

In Partnership with MOVE Foundation, by Lucie Harter: The concept of the Zen Den is to create a space where anyone and everyone can come to exercise, centre themselves, restore and learn to cope with their stress. We would like to make this space as interactive as possible, having various activities based around physical and mental health. The activities would incorporate practices, techniques, teachings and workshops based around movement, mindfulness, nutrition, breath work, relaxation, healing and education.
